Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MEEMFEED! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MEEMFEED, developed by TomorrowsCode ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of the MEEMFEED mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using MEEMFEED, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use MEEMFEED:

You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

Account Registration

To use certain features of MEEMFEED, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

User Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, post, upload, or share on MEEMFEED ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content
Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Your User Content does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory information

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so to ensure compliance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Post, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Post spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of automated data collection
Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MEEMFEED and TomorrowsCode and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The MEEMFEED name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MEEMFEED and TomorrowsCode. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Content and Links

MEEMFEED may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or contacting us at support@meemfeed.com.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or results of the Service in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEEMFEED, TOMORROWSCODE, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEEMFEED, TomorrowsCode, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TomorrowsCode operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MEEMFEED regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
